AI tools and project data

AiBrandModel may use third-party artificial intelligence and creative production tools when providing agreed services. Depending on the project, materials processed through these tools may include images, video, product assets, brand materials, written instructions or other project files.

We aim to use only the information reasonably necessary for the creative task and to minimise personal or confidential information submitted to AI tools. Where reasonably available, we select account settings and service tiers with commercial use, privacy and project requirements in mind.

Identifiable people and likeness data

Where a project involves an identifiable real person, their image, voice, likeness or other personal data may be processed as part of the creative workflow. We process this material only where there is an appropriate legal basis or the necessary permission for the agreed use.

Third-party providers and international processing

Some AI, hosting and creative technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we use providers and safeguards intended to support lawful international data transfers. The exact providers used may vary depending on the project and technical requirements.

Retention and project files

We retain project files for as long as reasonably necessary to perform the service, handle revisions, maintain project administration and meet legal or contractual obligations. Where a project requires a specific retention or deletion arrangement, this can be agreed in writing.

No automated decisions about individuals

AiBrandModel does not use its creative AI workflow to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

Sensitive or confidential material

If a project contains unusually sensitive, confidential or restricted material, please flag this before sending the files so we can assess the appropriate production route and tool settings.
